I was just reading that there are wild yam supplements that can aid in ovulation, anyone take them?

This is what I found on the web about wild yam:
It is used to treat hormonal imbalance, infertility and menstrual cramps. Cream made of this herb can be used as a natural form of progesterone. Should only be used during the luteal phase (second half) of your cycle. Check with your doctor before using this supplement if pregnant or breastfeeding.

Hello Heather, there is supposed to be an increased chance of twins when eating or using Yam suppliments. I actually purchase Yam Root herbs off the internet to have like tea. I think that anything that has a chance of increasing the odds is worth it. It is also recommended to increase your dairy intake as well. Good Luck Mel

Hi Girls, I was wondering if it's just the creme that you use after O or is it the pills as well? I have read conflicting points...

Hi Ladies, Heather F~ I just purchased some wild yam in suppliment form. Wild Yam contains compounds simular to the hormone progesterone. It is taken after ovulation between CD15-30 only
