I am 26 weeks pg with twins and am thinking about breastfeeding. If anyone out there is/was bf, can you tell me was it draining or difficult? Did you pump instead? Any info would help.

Have you tried the La Leche League? We have monthly mtgs here in South Africa and have 2 or 3 moms at our mtg alone that breastfeed their twins. The LLL can help with positions, how often, routines etc.

I just wanted to let you know that it is possible...my SIL pumped exclusively for her twins for 11 months until her milk supply couldn't keep up with their appetite. Good luck!

Why not just breastfeed them? Or do you have to go back to work that you are thinking of pumping?
