Could I Have Twins???

hello i am not pregnant but i want to be i have two blood sisters and 1 half brother our dad's brother was a twin (don't know which kind) but his twin died at birth, is it possible for any of us to have twins or just one of us? i am in the middle, but grandma has always had a feeling that i wuld be the one with twins what do you think about all of this?
