hi there I am 10w4d first time pregnant with twins. On Friday I began spitting up blood and was concerned but didn't call my doctor because it stopped. On Sunday I had my first ever fainting spell. I was waiting to be seated at a restaurant and all of the sudden I began to feel like i was going to vomit. As I tired to find the bathroom I started feeling very lighthead and hot. Then all of the sudden I fainted and fell to the ground. I was o.k. after a few minutes but it was terrifying for me. I called my doctor and he suggested I go to the er he wanted to make sure the bleeding wasn't connected with the fainting. Well after 4 hours there, i was told i was fine. I probably had low blood sugar levels and that's why i fainted. They said the bleeding could be from a tear in my esphagus due to all the vomiting I have been experiencing over the past three weeks. Has anyone else had similar situations? I know they probably thought I was a crazy first time pregnant woman, but the fainting really scared me.

I almost fainted twice when I was pregnant with my first baby (singleton). I was sitting down and this feeling washed over me and I tried my best to cling onto consciousness. It was very scary.
