I'm pregnant with twin boys conceived naturally and totally surprised when we found out we were having twins. Not sure what eating beef and drinking milk has to do with it? I do eat beef but I don't drink milk.

i have identical twin boys. i did eat beef and drink milk through my pregnancy but i also ate other things like chicken and stuff too.
