I knew because I felt myself ovulate twice during the month of conception. That was the only clue I had until my ultrasound at 7 weeks.

I found out at my first ultrasound

Do you both have other children or is this your first? I'm curious (if you do have other children) how this pregnancy compares to the others? If you have answered this question a million times I apologize-I'm new to this post and am still exploring it.

I had O pains which i normally don't have. It was confirmed at my first OB appt at 9weeks. This is my 6th pg, Ive had another pg that was a twin pg, but I lost my dd's twin at 6 weeks..
