How Far Gone Am I?

hi
i recently found out i'm pregnant with my first child. i've been for my booking in appointment with my midwife and i'm either 7 & halfs weeks or 11 & half weeks. my last period was on 13/07/04 but it was slightly different to usual. she felt my abdomen & she has written on my notes where it says uterine size & presentation-? palpable. i've been told this means she thinks she can feel my uterus. she told me she thinks she can feel something. since then i've found out that if u have twins or multiples then ur uterus is larger earlier. would she be able to feel my uterus at 7 & half weeks if i was carrying twins? i have quite a bump and its rounded like a pregnant belly instead of just fat. any ideas?
also how soon would she be able to feel my uterus on either single or twin pregnancies?

hello I found out yesterday i was pregnant. i have been on the pill for 6 months which changed my periods now i dont no when my last period was due.Is there anyway a doctor could tell me how far gone i am by a scan this earlie?write back please
