hi, i had my scan today and must say im a little confused, the sonographer said it's deff one baby, but then thought she could see 2 heartbeats on it, so she did an internal ultrasound and wrote down on note single fetus 7week 4days and left me, well confused and gave no explination to the other 'visable' heartbeat she saw, and pointed on screen. the image didnt resemble a baby to me, just a blob, but she did point out 2 flickering circles towards either end of the blob.
is it likely she got it wrong and felt like a div or is it possibly identicals in same sack close together or behind each other?

I'm not an expert but I think that it could be a possibility. Have you had any u/s since this last one? What was found?
