I've never heard of one that can tell if more than one egg is released. I would say if you normally feel O on one side but feel it on both one cycle that you produced more than one tho. not sure....good luck

The only way to know that is if you're being monitored by your doctor. They use ultrasound to count the number of mature follicles before and after ovulation.
