Pregnant Through Clomid

One more thing to all the people worried about getting pregnant with twins you probually don't want a baby bad enough because twins are also a blessing and there are lots of people who would live to be in your place and if you are that worried about it lay off the fertility drugs. |

Sara, I know how you feel being jealous of people who are pregnant. I went through that really bad after my miscarriage. I would always complain to my husband about all the reasons our friends shouldnt have children. I feel very blessed to be pregnant again. My doctor put me on 200mg of Prometrium every day for 12 weeks. Has anyone else been on this medication? Also Sara, you may still be pregnant. I didnt have cramping at all, my only symptom was a positive preg test. Hang in there. |

Sara, I as not on clomid when I found out that I was pregnant!!! He ( Ryley) is our miracle baby and a busy 2 1/2 year old. I understand how you feel about not wanting to tell your family and friends.... you don't want to hear the I'm sorry's and oh it will pass, you just need to waite stuff. Bless their hearts they do try, plus it is always easier to talk to people you have never seen or ''talked'' too. It is always nice to talk to other women who have been through the same issues and problems with getting PG. I wish you the best of luck. |

Thanks for responding I just read my message WOW I guess that would be what you might call a mood swing. I also went completely off on my husband and cried myself to sleep. Today I am dealing with puffy eyes and a huge headache. My husband is being really nice to me though. |

Jacksonkate, when I said I got pregnant the first time on the pill I meant birth control. That is why it is so hard for me to understand why I am having trouble now. |

Cocoa, Welcome!! I am new also to this group. I am due for my period on the 13th... so we are close together... hopefully we will get the same news at the same time. I have PCOS too. My doctor put me on Glucophage as well with clomid, it also helps you become fertile. So I guess I'm getting a double whammy. Which I hope works. Have you had any side affects yet? let me know.Good luck........:) |

Sara, all I can say is that our bodies work in a mysterious ways. I know that when I got pregnant with my son, it was hard to believe, because of my pcos so that is the only conclusion that I can come up with. I hope you have a good weekend. |

Well, I did the blood test yesterday and I’M PREGNANT!!! In case anybody is interested to know, I took 50 mg of clomid on CDs 5-9, I took plain Robitussin on CDs 10-16 (I read somewhere that it can help loosen up the CM that dries up for some women who take clomid but it has to be the plain kind with only Guaifenesin), my husband and I BD every other day beginning on CD 8, then every day from CD 14 to 17, we skipped CD 18 and last attempt CD 19. I also gave my husband vitamin C and vitamin E every day this month after I read somewhere that it can help with the little swimmers. Finally I did a lot of praying for God’s help and it worked!!! |
