i made a mistake in my last post. my first + preg test was 11DPO! so it is possible michelle! let me tell you! even if you see the FAINTEST line, its +. it measures the HCG. i also got blood work done, and my hcg was at 60 12dpo. so michelle, you're def prego! i went through(and still going through) the same thing! its still hard to believe that it showed up + that early! so congrats!!! enjoy, dont be skeptical! enjoy this treasurable moment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
rachelle- congrats to you again! what a beautiful name you picked out! here's my scoop: we had no problem conceiving our first child at 22. i am now 25. we've been married for 4 years, live in cleveland ohio. 1st month on clomid was 50mg, and 2nd was 100mg...which was successful. we've been trying for almost a year, and it was worth it!!!!! so far my symptoms are NOTHING like with my first pregnancy...nothing is teh same. i have no morning sickness yet. my biggest complaint is a lot of pains in lower abdomen. i dont know if this is normal only at 4 weeks. i never had them with my daughter Livi. with her, i was throwing up from day one until i gave birth. this is a breeze so far! so conrats to everyone!!!!!!!!!!

BFP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's official. I took 2 digital clearblue tests this morning and they are both positive. I can't believe it! This was my second month on clomid (50mg first month, 100mg second month). My positive pregnancy test (first response) showed up 11dpo. I am 26, live in Houston, been married for 1 1/2 years, trying to get preggo for 8 months. Clomid is the best! Ladies, stick with it...it is SO worth it!

utopia8302 - December 28th, 2006 10:00 AM

Seems like we'll be due about the same time!!!!!!!! it worked for me too 2nd month 100mg! im so happy for you! i looked up online what my due date might be, and it says Sept 4, 2007 (just a rough guess). My first ob is at the end of January. This is so exciting! congrats again!

Thats what we did differently this month, besides upping clomid to 100mg. you guys will get +s, i just know it!
to the +decemberers: do you have any symptoms yet? i was so sick at this point with my 1st daughter! i am only having tiny symptoms-just really thirsty, and some sharp pains in my lower abdomen. keep us posted!

Veda - December 29th, 2006 8:28 AM

Hello Ladies, I just wanted to say congrats Hopingforablessing, Nelly, Michelle, and again to you Utopia..... How wonderful!!!!!!!!! I am so happy for you all. You don't know how encouraging it is to here how so many of you were successful in December. As for me, my DH and I have been married two years and we live in Chicago. I’m currently on my 1st round of 50mg Clomid 1-5. I am now on cd29 and should have gotten UF yesterday (no sign of her yet) I’ve been testing everyday for the past 3 days. But during my u/s 2 days ago I had some pros and cons in the results, it showed a small cyst but it also showed 4 mature follicles but at this stage of my cycle(CD27) could that still be considered follicles? The u/s tech wasn’t very helpful, only stating my uterus wall was very thick like UF was about to come so, she didn't bother to give me a pregnancy test, I didn’t know what to think. So I jetted home and tested myself, only to receive a BFN  Anyhow, I see my regular OBGYN on Jan 4th so I’ll talk it over with her…. But by then I should know for sure any way(that will be cd35 and I only go for 28 days). At any rate I’ll keep you all posted. But by no mean am I giving up hope because if I've learned anything from these forums, it's that anything is possible! So I'm you Jules, here’s to Jan 07 a new year with new possibilities. Happy New Year and baby dust to all~*~*~*~*~*~**~*~*~*~*

Hi all :) Just wanted to share with you ladies about a cool present I got. We rented a fetal doppler from babybeat!! It is sooooo awsome. $27/mth and I can listen to both my babies anytime I want. I'm only 10 weeks so there heartrates are still high. Baby A was 168 and Baby B was 180 the last time I checked. With my history of pregnancy loss, I cant tell you how releaved it makes you feel. Especailly when you hear so much about VTS. Anyways, I know this probably sounds like a commercial, but it has helped me sooooo much and is soooo easy to use I thought I'd pass it along. God Bless:)

hopingforablessing - January 1st, 2007 6:38 PM

Holy cow I have been going crazy for the last week and a half. I haven't had internet so I couldn't see who all got BFP for Christmas. I'm so excited to hear all the wonderful news!! Congratulations to MICHELLE, NELLY and UTOPIA. What a wonderful end to this year and a great start for the NEW YEAR. Veda I'm hanging in there for you. Jules sorry to hear about the disappointment, hopefully you and your DH will be insync this month and it will workout for you. JENN glad to hear that even though you have had some complications that everything is going good. I'm exhausted so gotta run, hope I've gotten everyone. Baby dust to ANTSWIFE and TENK and everyone else trying. tanya

rhonda79 - January 2nd, 2007 10:36 PM

Thank you all for sharing your stories. I have read some scary stuff about clomid. I am glad there is hope after all.

Jules78 - January 3rd, 2007 7:28 AM

Can anyone tell me if it makes a difference what time you take the Clomid everyday? I forgot to take it this morning. I am debating on if my husband should bring it to me at work or will I be ok taking it this afternoon about 4:30. If anyone knows whats best please let me know, I do not want to mess up this month because of the time I took my pill.

Tenk - January 3rd, 2007 10:43 AM

Jules, I do think you are supposed to take it around the sametime everyday but I don't honestly think it will hurt you to take it later today....since you forgot. If you have concerns tho, I would call DH and ask him to drop it off...GL

AntsWife - January 3rd, 2007 1:16 PM

I've been out for the holidays and it looks like I missed ALOT! Congratulations!!!! What a fantastic Christmas present! When are you ladies due and did you have any symptoms? I had my IUI done on Christmas Eve, pretty sure it didn't work so now it looks like IUI AND clomid. I have decided to gather your success stories into my aresenal of clomid-pros and use that to convince myself that one more month wouldn't hurt. More BFP's please!!!!!

michelleB - January 3rd, 2007 4:50 PM

Hi Antswife! I didn't really have many symptoms besides the positive preg test. I DO think that I felt implantation though (2 days before my BFP). I was having these horrible cramps and thought I had to go to the bathroom BAD (sorry, TMI). However, I tried to go, and there was nothing. So, the cramps came from someplace else. I think it was implantation. Besides that, I was just really tired (but might have just been the let down of the holiday being over). Now I have short moments of minor nausea, bad insomnia and really tired. You've only done Clomid for 1 month, right?? Give it another chance! It works!! You will get a BFP before you know it. Hang in there!

utopia8302 - January 3rd, 2007 4:50 PM

hey everyone! hows everyone doing???? havent written in awhile- we are signing to build a new house. move in date is July, and i'm due Sept 4....it will be an interesting year! so now i decided we have to get our 20 month old daughter potty trained and out of the crib before we move!!!!!! i dont want her to have too many adjustments. welcome back antswife!!!!! glad to have you back! yes, BFP Christmas Eve for me at 10pm! so it was a great christmas. this pregnancy so far is so different than my first. with my first, my bbs hurt so bad i couldnt wear a bra or a shirt, would lie topless on the bed! lol this one, i am just thirsty non stop!!!! so far, that and having cramping/sharp pains in my abdomen are the only symptoms i am having. with my first, i was also throwing up by now----and it never stopped until the 8th month!! so this one is a breeze so far! antswife-hows the dh exwife mother move-in going?!!! kudos to you! and where are you at in your cycle? please give clomid another try! it is definitely worth it!
