Hi everyone! My doctor said my due date is Sept 2. I even got a little sonogram and saw the sac at 5weeks. How real is that!! As far as symptoms. None really but ALOT of gas and heartburn. Wooo! Im just burping up a storm and the heartburn hurts a lot at night. Oh and my bbs hurt like i dont know what. I actually cant sleep without a bra, so i can keep them in place thru the night. Other than that, everything is fine. Antswife, i think you should go one more round of clomid. Good Luck!

Is the cramping that everyone is talking about related the clomid or is a part of pregnancy?

amayharv - January 3rd, 2007 7:27 PM

Hi Ladies, I have submitted here before, my husband and i have been ttc for about a year and a half. I am going to begin clomid next month. I am very excited about it, I am just wandering if you ladies have any other suggestions of things to do while you're on the clomid to help with the success rate. I am also concerned that I am not even ovulating on my own. I am on progesterone for lack of getting a menstral cycle. I am also on metformin, to go along with the progesterone. Are any of you in the similar situation. I had an ultrasound done, and they checked for endometriosis, and they found that everything seemed good. My doctor has also diagnosed me with PCOS. Will clomid force ovulation even if it is not occuring on it's own? Thank you to all for being such a strong support system. It is nice to know that there is a group of wonderful women to turn to.

Jenn9178 - January 3rd, 2007 7:50 PM

Amayharv-I have endometriosis and wasn't ovulating either and I took clomid on month and I am now 15 1/2 weeks pregnant. It was the first time I saw a positive ovulation test in years. Rachelle-I am 28 I live in Cincinnati and had been ttc for 5 years on and off on my own. I am still feeling sick and tired all the time the dr has me on zofran and premesis and it seems to take the edge off. So what is your due date for your little girl. I can't believe how many BFP for christmas what a wonderful way to end the year for all of you! Hang in there all who is still trying Baby Dust to everyone. Rhonda-I had cramping on the clomid when I was ovulating and when I initially got pregnant but when I was pregnant with my son 12 years ago I had the same cramping early in my pregnancy without using clomid to conceive.

Tenk thanks for the answer. I really hope I did not mess up this month. I guess we will see. Just found out that my sister-in-law is pregnant after trying for one month. It must be nice to be naturally fertile! :) I just finished my last pill for this month and I guess I will start peeing on sticks in a few days. Baby dust to all.

amayharv - January 3rd, 2007 9:11 PM

Thanks so much Jenn for responding, it really gives me hope that it will work! One thing that my Dr. keeps telling me is that if you are overtweight then you have a less chance of getting pregnant. I am not really overweight, but it woudln't hurt for me to lose some wieght, have you ladies heard anything similar? Jenn, how many pills are in the clomid cycle? When do you start them?

rhonda79 - January 3rd, 2007 9:34 PM

Thanks Jenn.

rachelle-s. - January 4th, 2007 8:23 AM

Jenn, I'm due on June 5th. I finally broke down and bought some maternity shirts. and i still stick to Not wearing the pants. They're soooo ugly. How's all the pregnancies going? Mine is okay. Still have morning sickness. I'm still waiting for the twin that passed to absorb. I can definitely feel Mikayla kicking the crap out of me in the early morning and late evening. And for everything growing...It's all in my stomach, and my boobs have barely gotten fuller, which is a good thing for no stretch marks!! I know i'm still in for it...but the bad stuff that comes with pregnancy scares the crap out of me...like the changing body, stretch marks...and your tightness after delivery :\ I think I'm just tripping. The closer I get to June, the more I freak out... Good luck everyone.

utopia8302 - January 4th, 2007 9:53 AM

rachelle- i actually cant wait to wear maternity pants! have you looked at the liz lang line at target? they have such cute cargo pants. old navy also has cute maternity jeans that are sooo comfortable!!!!! so how many weeks are you? 13? i cant wait to break out the ol' maternity clothes. no symptoms really, just stretching cramping pain. with my first pregnancy, i was throwing up from day one til the 8th month! good luck everyone

utopia8302 - January 4th, 2007 9:56 AM

hey guys, forgot to mention to all the pregos out there: i have the "what to expect when you're expecting book" but fell in LOVE with another one (and prefer it over the other)...its called Your Pregnancy Week by Week By: Glade B. Curtis. it's broken down into each week being a new chapter! it is soo great, so please check it out! it really got me through my last pregnancy!

AntsWife - January 4th, 2007 11:18 AM

Hello Ladies, AF Showed up today so that makes Saturday day 3 for me and the start of a brand new clomid cycle. Ick. Here comes the hot flashes/moodiness etc. oh well, as long as I can take it out on others I will be satisfied. The ex-wife's mother move in deal is going well. So far she's been very kind, soft spoken, considerate and nice. Obviously an evil genius. The kids adore her though and the little one has even developed a talent for acting since she's arrived - dramatic roles only, of course. Life is a little stressful at my house and another round of clomid is not going to make things better. My husband actually said I could skip it if I wanted to. I felt like saying "Oh yeah, I've gone through months of doctor's visits, embarrassing tests, weekly sonograms, an IUI and akward conversations with visiting interns while being examined all so that when the time came I could just throw my hands up and say ya know what? Maybe I'll just take up a hobby instead" Of course, I haven't actually started the Clomid yet and therefore am not equipped with a ready excuse to explain away my sarcasm so I just smiled instead and told him the appointment was on Saturday. Men!? Utopia: I wish you the best of luck in getting the little one potty trained. The less diapers you have to change the better!

Tenk - January 4th, 2007 11:39 AM

Good morning girls, I'm so glad your all feeling ok and wish the best of luck to those of you still TTC'ing. I do want to say to Rachelle, please cherish the stretch marks and the maternity pants. That really isn't the worst part of pregnancy. I am living proof of that. i would give anything to have all of that if it meant that or daughter survived delivery.. The worst part of pregnancy is when your child gets tangled in the cord and passes away before they can be delivered. She was 7lbs 3ozs. Perfect and beautiful, but we don't get to hold her. I do hope you have a wonderful beautiful pregnancy and child. Good Luck! ~Teneal

AntsWife - January 4th, 2007 12:16 PM

Tenk, I'm so sorry for your loss. Although nothing we say can make that better for you, at least you can know that your story will inspire the rest of us to appreciate more of what we have and complain less about what we don't. God bless.

Jules78 - January 4th, 2007 1:50 PM

Tenk, I to am very sorry for your loss. I agree that any one of us that have the chance of actually being pregnant should cherish every good and bad moment that comes. I for one cannot wait for all that comes with being pregnant. I will cherish every single moment.

Congratulations everyone who got a BFP for Christmas! I wasn't as lucky, but I know 2007 will be a better year. I just started my 3rd cycle (50mg) of Clomid today--CD5. I've read that you need to go off Clomid for a month after 3 cycles so I an hopeful 3 is a charm. I will be sure to BD days 9-22 this month. Here's to a new year of BFPs for all of us!
