Pregnant Through Clomid

Hi CgGirl! I just have to say that you don't sound weird when you say you feel like you are being punished sometimes. I have thought and asked my husband the same thing. But then I realize that we are all God's children and he would never do anything to 'punish' us. He loves us and will take care of us. I know it's hard, after all we've been at it for 5 years, but I know it will happen when we are ready. I realize it is not ALL in my hands. I hope that comforts you in some small way. Baby dust to you. |

Hey guys, I'm pregnant. Found out yesterday. I was 6 days late, but I'm such a wimp, I didn't want to take a test. I have seen too many negative tests in my life. The pregnancy line appeared in less than 10 seconds, before the "test" line!!!! I'm in shock! Still can't believe it! I will be having my first ultra sound on the 17th, at 6 1/2 weeks; they will be able to see how many there is (since I had 4 eggs) and the heartbeat(s). So I'm already 4 weeks in. Unbelievable. I have been trying for 4 years guys; that's a long time. For those for who it didn't work yet, don't loose hope. I'm the proof it can work! |

Wow!!! I left for a few weeks and come back and everyone is pregnant. Congrats Michelle B and CG girl. I went to my first appt yesterday with my RE and found out I have PCOS so I start on Metaformin (??) and he gave my husband an antibotic just in case his little swimmers have an infection. Here we go with another waiting period. :) |

Congratulations CgGirl! That is awesome and I am so happy for you. You've been trying almost as long we have so I could only imagine how exciting it was to see a positive on a pregnancy test. Jules78: Hi there. I also take Maetformin along with the Clomid. I have a mild form of PCOS. The metformin worked really well for me, I hope it works well for you too. If you have any questions let me know. |

Hey guys, ever since I got my BFP, I had 2 days where I had very bad morning sickness and since then: nothing! I'm getting really worried! I do have some other symptoms (i.e. some days my bbs feel like they will fall out my chest and I'm tired) but I worry that it has stopped developing. Any of you pregnant ladies have had symptoms that vary from day to day or are they always the same??? |

Hi everyone, I started Clomid yesterday and have found this site very useful for easing my nerves. Has anyone been diagnosed with endometriosis, but told to try Clomid forst? |

Ladies, Hi!! I am new to this forum, well pretty much to forums altogether. I need help!!! I have been reading this for a while now and hoping that it is still active! My husband and I have been ttc for about a year, I finished my first round of clomid and my af is due around the 22nd. Right now I am having probs, now I have been prego before but lost the baby at 4 months. But this is different. Either that or I dont remember what its like. ok here it is, I dont know if it is the clomid making me feel like this or if i am prego. My breasts are sore as sore can be and swollen. My abs are hurting, if i move to fast or cough i get a nice lil pain. My lower back yeah thats hurting too. Also this is way Tmi but I really want to know if anybody else has gone through this. Is this side effects???? I tested and got a - but I kindof think I am jumping the gun and doing it way to early. Please ladies if you could help me that would be awesome!! Thank you to all!!! |

thank you Ash for answering!!! I think I have checked this twice to see, lol. The symptoms started monday and havent let up. I think I am more bloated now then when I usually start also. I hope that af doesnt visit either! I took my cycle the 24th till 28th and started the symptoms on the 10th. Well they were def noticeable on the 10th and just kept progressing. It has been something new everyday or stronger. This AM i woke up to belly pain, which is odd for me unless it is that time of the month. I have noticed today I am making more trips to the potty then usual! Thank you again Ash78 and any other ladies that can possibly give me a heads up! I really am hoping this is the real deal! |

Hi ladies, i was really worried in the past week because all of my symptoms had stopped. I had come to convince myself that the foetus had stopped growing and that's what I would be told at the u/s. I cried pretty much all of last week. This morning at the ultrasound, we had a HEART BEAT!!!!!! I cried so much, I couldn't believe it. Everything is good for now and I look at my little picture all the time. I'm 6 1/2 weeks now, so there is still a long way to go before the end of the first semester. Anyhow, I hope MichelleB and Antswife that you are both doing fine! Ash78: My Dr. had told me that if I did have endometriosis, there was nothing else but IVF to try... |

CgGirl--Congrats on hearing the heartbeat. I am sure everything will be fine. Just relax and try and enjoy this time being pregnant since it was so hard to achieve. :) |

Cg Girl! I am happy to hear that you were able to see the heartbeat! What a neat thing. And I am glad everything is alright! Jules78, I have not yet been to an RE. The doctor says that I should try to get pregnant for a few months without surgery for the endo to see if I am able to concieve. He says a lot of women are able to conceive without surgery. He cannot tell how bad the endo is until he actually goes in to do the surgery! I go back to him on Wednesday to see if the Clomid has helped me ovulate, and I will ask him more questions then. Thank youfor your answers! wv_red, when will you be able to test? |

I have had two lap surgerys due to endo. They sure do make you feel good once they are done. My periods were better and lighter. I agree to just keep trying. How long have you been trying? I was on clomid 6 months and it did not work for me but then i just recently found out I have PCOS so now my RE had me start on Metformin. |

wv_red: that's fantastic! Congratulations! Let us know how your appointment goes! Kendra.marie: i have never heard of Vitrex. Is it supposed to have the same effect as clomid? From this site, you can see that clomid really works! |
