I got this off of OB/GYN Utlrasound site. This would go for babies in general. It wouldn't matter if it were a singleton or twins. |

twins can be seen as early as 5.5-6 weeks via vaginal u/s. At 8 weeks there is a baby with a hb and developing limbs. If no hb is seen by 8wks the pg is not viable. |
||
|
||
|
Mine were detected at my 8 week ultrasound. There was 2 sacs with 2 heartbeats. |
||

We had our first u/s at 8 weeks and you could see both babies clearly by vaginal u/s. |
||
|
||
|
Our 1st u/s (internal) was at 7wks. Both were very visable with great heartrates! |
||
|
||
|
mine were seen at our first u/s at 6.5wks via vaginal ultrasound and both had good heart beats. |
||
|
||
|
I saw mine at my first external ultraound at 9 weeks. |

I saw mine by vaginal ultrasound at 6 weeks. Both had good heartbeats. |

HI SARAH, im pregnant with TRIPLETS! i found out at my first ultrasound and i was 9 weeks, and we saw more then just a sac, we saw there hearts beating and we saw the babies, althought they looked somewhat like blobs lol, but they were there! I HAD EXTERNAL AND VAGINAL ON BOTH ULTRASOUNDS, ive had 2 so far, im thinking ill probably have both everytime. who knows. GOOD LUCK. |

hello sarah, i saw 2 sacs and 2 heartbeats via vaginal ultrasound at 5 weeks. my next ultrasound isn't until may 22. the wait has been agony!! |
