Pregnancy Info HOME

so I am about 6 weeks today and I am going to the doc's at 3. I am anxious because this will be my third pregnancy, but second child, and I have been having severe nausea and extreme tiredness that I have never experienced before. That is what has brought me to this site. I can't shake the thought of having twins-I don't have my heart set on twins-trust me-I have a 15 month old and 2 more would be crazy!!! I dno't really know what my chances are, I would say slim because I don't know of any twins in my family-but I just feel 10x's worse than I ever have before-guess I will find out. Anyone have strong symptoms???
