What Are The Signs Of Twins?

Hi all,
I have a 14 month old and i am pregnant again, i am due my first scan this friday so i am aprox 10-12 weeks but i am scared that i might be having twins! Silly i no but this time i have started to show already and can't hide my tummy anymore (not that i want to but want to wait till after scan). i have already had people asking me if i am pregnant. With my son i never showed untill about 7 months. I have had really bad sickness, dizzyness (and i have fainted) so exhausted all the time! Can any1 who has or is having twins let me know how they were when they first fell pregnant?? Twins do run on both sides of my family, my mum and my dads side that is. It will be really interesting what you all have to say if you can understand this haha. Thanks
