4 Weeks Pg And Cramping....

I have been cramping off and on ever since I found out I was pg last Thurs...( a solid week) Its been mild and not unbearable at all....actually I only experience it about twice a day....but I was wondering...is this normal? I've had no spotting or bleeding...and doc said cramping was normal....but still worried....please respond...
