How long does it take for you to know if you are having a miscarriage? The first two months for my first pregnancy was very bad I was always dizzy & feeling sick but now I haven't gotten my period for one month, I feel great and I have done three pregnancy test and they can out negetive. Can it be that am going to have a miscarriage?

That doesnt seem likely/ you should go to your gyno and get a blood test and explain to them what has already happened, hopefully they can monitor you until it is confirmed safe! :) good luck!

Having a period does not always indicate that u will have a miscarrage. My friend had it threw her whole pregnency. and the baby was fine. every woman is different
