Baby #2??? No Period For Over A Year, But Breastfeeding?

I have a 15 month old that I am still breastfeeding && I haven't had a period since the first weekend of September of 2006 so two years total... Im not complaining or anything lol but I did get cramps not long ago(a month or two ago) and a light spotting.. I thought maybe my period was finally coming back but my periods were always long, heavy, & painful. This was short, light, & moderate. But my question is could this be the start of my period starting again or more likely to be implantation bleeding.. I've been having a few pregnancy symptoms I had before but I can't seem to find much on pregnancy the second time if there is much difference. I do know I didnt have implantation bleeding with my 15 month old. Well thanks for any help & if you need more info let me know please.

I breastfead my son for about 17 months and I got my period full blown two months after that. It could be spotting, (maybe your pregnant again) you can still get preg. while breastfeeding.. take a test and if nothing I would call your doctor just to check up.
