Breast Tenderness And Size

I am 7 weeks pregnant. My breasts swelled and I had sore tender nipples for the past month. This week they have stayed swollen but the nipples have lost their sensitivity. I have also had stomach pains and diahhrea. Is this normal.

Yes this is normal. I just found out I am 5 weeks, and experiencing the same things and then some. Keep researching around you will see it is normal
