HELP! I Dont Know Whats Going

on Aug. 9-13 i had gotten my regular period. After it had ended me and fiance have been really sexually active as in (sex 2 a day) and on Sept. 9th and i have been bleeding very very little to non.(light red, pinkish when i whip. and after i wake up from wearing a pad its pinkish brown) and my period is suppose to end tomorrow on the 13th, but idk what is going on. since i have had multiple negative pregnancy tests in the past. and im really really confused cause i dont have any other pregnancy signs that i know of...im so confused
