How Reliable Is It?

So I took a pregnancy test yesterday, and the test was positve. It was a First Response. I had my last period on May 5th and I took a test previously on the 23rd, but it said I was negative. Is this test reliable? I know that only a doctor can decide for sure if I am, but I can't go till sometime next week. This will be my first child. Can someone give me some help on this?

It is next to rare to get a false positive. So Congratulations. Call your doctor and see if he will see you tomorrow rather than next week. In the mean time don't worry...be happy :-)

Thanks for your help... now it's just the trouble of coming up with 3k for this whole shebang.
