JessicaR- talk to him. Dont let this lie... sit him down and make him open up honestly about how he is feeling.He may just be feeling nervous and not know how else to handle his anxiety other than tune out the reality of the fact. Reassure him that you are not going to stop loving him once your son arrives... you have enough love to go around. He may just be feeling a little left out of the process? Lastly- be a little more conscience of including him in the joy of having the baby - be sure you are saying "we" are having a baby and not "i". Lol
i think its very easy for women to get wrapped up in the whole pregnancy.... men often get left out of it- and although we count them lucky to not go through the not so pleasant body changes, those same body changes also make us feel the true reality of it - and provide us with tons of joy and excitement. We get to feel more special.
