Those of you that have already been through this, can u help? I have insurance but was wondering about how much I will have to pay to have a c-section? I have Blue Cross Blue Shield and I pay out the a$$ for it every month. My policy states my out-of pocket maximum is $2000.00 but does that mean that is the most I will pay? How much did u guys end up paying total?

The way I understand my own BCBS policy is that after you meet your deductible, then you begin working towards meeting your out of pocket maximum. So the most you should have to pay is the $2000 plus your deductible. After that, it will be covered at 100%. At least, that's the way I understand my policy. Hope this helps.
