I know that milk is important to drink when you're pregnant, but I hate it!!! That would bring on vomiting FOR SURE! Could I mix it with some fat free chocolate syrup and drink it that way? Would that still have the same effect as regular milk?? Let me know what you think!

Talk to your doc about taking calcium pills as opposed to drinking milk if you really don't care for it.

I took calcium pills since I feel the same way about milk and am a little lactose intolerant. My ob recommended some for me.

I drink Chocolate milk cause I can't stand regular milk (only in cereal). I didn't ask my doctor, but right now it's the best I can do and it's way more than i was ingesting before I was pregnant. I also religiously take my prenatals and eat lots of cheese, buy OJ with calcium, ice cream...

Nissa...The current research is now showing that milk consumption should not be increased in pregnancy. The doctor at my work recently told me that...calcium supplements are just fine. Maybe do a little research on this as I cannot remember why he said not to increase milk. Just thought I'd let you know so you could avoid any probs or putting yourself throught that torture!
