it depends on a lot of things, including if you are overweight to start with or if you are real skinny... it takes longer the bigger you are to begin with, at least thats what i think... but by about 6mo. probably

I was showing at 4 months!!!! Stomach was hard way before that though. I'm not skinny but I'm not fat either, just in between!!!! lol To answer your question....it really depends on the person.
