I'm 12 weeks pregnant, the nurse informed me that cramping and spotting would be normal, I'm wondering if anyone else around their third month is experiencing the same thing... light spotting and some cramping?

I don't have any this time but I did w/ my first pregnancy. It is normal, don't worry. As long as it doesn't turn into a heavy flow like a period, you should be fine. Even having a bowel movement can make you spot.
