I was told it's not so good, because if you have to go to the hospital and have be hooked up to an oxygen monitor, the one that goes on the end of your finger, that the nails mess with the monitor. Your best bet would be to ask your ob/gyn. They're the one's that have the definate answers for something like that.

I suggest you get a home-service for that. Ventilation is a lot better.
