How Has Clomid Helped With Getting Pregnant.?

my husband and i have been trying to get pg for over 2yrs now. i am 30yrs old, at a healthy weight, i have regular periods every month and i just did some blood work done and everything came back normal. my doctor wont put me on clomid until i did that testing and the hsg test which i am taking on monday. my husband and i both took at home fertility tests and we both had positive results. i am going to have my husband tested by a doctor still just for good measure. has anyone had normal regular periods and ovulation results and started clomid and got pregnant after years of not being able to for no reason?
