hi everyone I am 3 weeks pregnan and I just noticed something when I went to the bathroom. I am having vaginal bleeding its very light and pinkish reddish and im also having cramps. can someone tell me if they think this an miscarriage or imlantation bleeding???

If it's not bright red and heavy and the cramps aren't too painful, i wouldn't be too worried. however, if i were you i would contact the NHS of your midwife to put your mind at ease.x
