I have a question... I have been charting since my LMP. My temps are normally always low, reaching a low of 96.57. From day 10 to 19 they stayed pretty low. On day 20 it shot up from 96.57 to 97.87. After that jump my temps have been 97.34, 96.94, 96.77, 96.57, and 96.81. My temps flucate like crazy but i take my temp around the same time each day. Does this decrease in temp mean I'm not ovulating???

Gosh, I don't know much about charting but I do know a little. As far as I know your temp will rise only after ovulation has occured and then should remain at your coverline. A high coverline temp. could indicate pregnancy but not a low coverline temp (after you see the rise) The rise only indicates you did indeed ovulate not that you are ovulating now. Maybe check out fertility friends website.
