If you have sensitivity above your naval that is painful if pressure is applied could you be pregnant? When I stand up and my belt presses against my stomach it is very sensitive

dont think that is a sign your pregnant but when i was preg i got a sharp pain above my belly button and that was where my first stretch mark came in at
