I really don't thinkk anything weel affect missing one or two pills here and there, But you really need to take them so that your baby recieves all the nutrients it needs. I gaurantee you that no matter how healthy you think you may eat, the baby still deserves that extra nutrient. I know that you want to have a very healthy strong baby, so please try to remember and take them.

Put a big note on your fridge so you don't forget!! Babys can be born with birth defects if they do not receive proper amounts of folic acid and other vitamins.
