Drink warm milk - that always helps me when I can't sleep.

Try Valerian, harbal sleep aid which stinks but works. Take two hours before bed. Also nice warm bath good too. Are you worried? (who the heck isn't) try writing the concerns down in a pregnancy journal to clear your mind. Also, don't just lie there! I have to get up and pat the dog, or put on a load of washing, or read for a bit, then when a wave of sleepiness hits get into bed. I have a "nap" of 2-3 hours in the afternoon and then the sleep I get at night all seems to add up. Get your partner to get the kids organised in the morning so you can sllep in if you can. good luck!

I also have had a hard time sleeping.I have been having strange dreams and then waking up for a few hours throughout the night.

I havent had a good night sleep in a long time and dont expect to for a while either. I wake up having to pee every night. Either that or I toss and turn. Of course worrying about everything so I am never relaxed.
