hello ladies im 25 years old about to be 26 i was never able to have a pap smear done or insert a tampoon or anything i thought i wasnt a virigin until the other day i had to go get put to sleep and the gyno doctor said that my hymen was not broke so he broke it for me and now im even scared to attempt having sex for fear of pain.. i always tense up and everyone just says relax but its not that easy they say its a mental issue but how willl talking to someone help me relax i tried so many things already anyone have any ideas?

ok, a few questions. why did you think you weren't a virgin? have you been sexually active? and did you ask the doctor to break your hymen for you? why did the put you to sleep? why was he looking around in there? you just need to add a bit more detail because you make no sense. you say you're too scared to attempt sex, yet you thought you weren't a virgin? a penis in your vagina is what makes you not a virgin.

Honey I'm not sure I understand the question fully, but this is my take on it: If you are afraid of having sex, you may not be ready. Hymen in tact or not. Age doesn't matter. If you're afraid, then don't do it. Sex shouldn't be a terrifying experience. Wait until you find someone that you feel totally comfortable with and it will come naturally. Good luck!
