how long can they let me go over my "due" date, i am 39 weeks and absolutely miserable cant they induce soon?

I know how you feel, but try to hang in there. A full term baby is anything from 38-42 weeks. Usually they'll induce before 42 weeks, but I'd check with your doctor.
