this is my 21 day of my periods, now my breasts and nipples is very tender and paining. Is this a symptom for pregnency, but normally when ever i am getting before periods i feel this symptom. How can i found that this symptom is for next periods or pregnency.

I get this before periods too, but when I was got pregnant It carried on for longer than usual, which it what made me curious and buy a test. It's hard to tell if this means you are pregnant until your period is late, so unfortunantely all you can do is wait. If your period is a week late, buy a test. Your hormone levels may not be high enough if you test before.
