Any Way To Increase Chances Of Conception

My ds is 5 months & is exclusively BF. Sometime in the next few months DH & I would like to start trying for another baby. I know that w/ no period there is really no way to know if I am ovlutating until we start trying. I'm wondering if there is any way, or anything I can do, to help increase my chances of becoming pg. while BF? Thanks!

You can learn about basal temperature charting or try to OPKs to try to determine if you are O'ing. I got pregnant when my dd was still being b___stfed (though not exclusively... she was 8 months). I hadn't had a period since her birth, but we decided to ttc. I started charting just out of curiousity and had a spike 2 days later... we got pregnant then, so basically about 2 days into deciding to ttc lol. Just happened to be starting to ovulate again!

Try monitoring your CM and like sahmof said do basal monitoring every morning and use OPK's. You should be able to figure out if you are ovulating by closely monitoring these methods. I too want to become pregnant by the end of the summer my baby is 2 1/2 months now.
