It is flu and allergy season and like everyone else I am stuffed up and coughing. I want to use nose sprays but am not sure if I should. Does anyone have any advice?

Ibuprofen and Tylenol are safe but I'd steer clear of cold meds until you ask your doctor. I know you can't take a lot of them while b___stfeeding. Call and get a list from your doc.

I would tough it out. Use saline for your nose if it is sore -- otherwise tylenol or ibuprofen for aches. Keep feeding you little one to pa__s antibodies and maybe get a humidifiier running in the babies and your room too. If you get worse see you doctor, they or a lactation consultant can tell you what meds are safer than others if you end up needing something.
