Enough Milk In Morning Not Enough At Night

I have been br___tfeeding my son exclusively since he was born. Problem is that in the morning up until the afternoon I have enough milk to satisfy him, but at night I do not make enough and he gets frustrated and fussy at the br___t. This past week I have had to pump in the morning and I use that milk to feed him before bed time so he is satisfied and will go to sleep. Otherwise he will get fussy and fussier on the br___t because I cant produce enough. I know I am constantly producing and there is always milk, but it seems like its not producing fast enough to make him get full. Anyone have this issue and what you think I should do about this? I hope I make sense. I am a new young mom and learning!

Is he feeding at night? if not, are you pumping during the night? Definetly drain your b___sts in the morning, that way they realize that they have to produce faster to keep up. Try pumping an extra session between a night feeding and the morning feeding.

yes he generally feeds twice at night, I pump a couple times a day most days after he feeds. I will try pumping after the last night feeding and see if that helps! Last night during one of the feedings i felt like i didnt have enough, he was fussy at the b___st, it was the first time hes done that at one of the late night feedings, its usually only between 6-12 he does that....I would like to pump every 2 hours, but I dont want to not have enough milk for when my son gets hungry. Hes on no set schedule and feeds on demand.
