I have lost all of my pregnancy weight since the birth of my dd 2 weeks ago and i swear i owe to it br___tfeeding. I LOVE IT!! My question is, once you stop br___tfeeding is it easy to gain the weight back?

It all depends on your diet and activity level. It'll be the same, or close to the same as before you were pregnant. You burn extra calories to make b___st milk so if you eat too much and you are not b___stfeeding you may gain some weight back. You don't sound like you normally have a weight issue so I wouldn't stress about it too much.

I have a friend who is sooo skinny!! Shes a nurse and we used to work together her son was almost a year when i quit and and i was always telling her how skinny she was, and one day she say, well, youll see me pack on about 10lbs in a few weeks since im done b___st feeding, she said with her 3 kids she always put on about 10lbs as soon as she stopped b___stfeeding

I've found that as my supply evened out and my son started eating more solids, around a year, that it was easier to gain weight back. I needed to put a few pounds back on, as I was too thin to ovulate. But before that, I ate like my dad and husband combined!! LOL, it's the best diet in the world!!
