Going Back To Work And BF

I am going back to work in a little over 2 weeks. I was wondering how I should start pumping so I can build up a supply of milk, nurse my little one, and not become engorged. My baby is on a 3 hour feeding schedule, and is starting to sleep anywhere from 31/2 to 61/2 hours at a time at night between feeds. I am going back to work just 2 days a week, but I'll be working 12 hour shifts, so I'll need about 4 bottle per day I work. Can anyone tell me how they pumped in order to build a supply of frozen milk?

I started by pumping in the morning. I let her nurse on one side, then pumped the other. Then added pumping sessions at strategic times in the day, based on my supply.
