i was just wondering how long it takes for milk to completely go away? i have a 2 year old and i stopped br___tfeeding him at about 18 months. it seems like its taking forever for the milk to go away! if i squeeze it ,a little milk still comes out. thanks in advance ladies....

That is so crazy. It only took me about a week to completely dry up. My friend said she leaked for months. I guess it just depends on you.

depends on u, how many kids u have, how many were b___stfed and for how long as well.

I was in a similar situation, weening after a little over two years. It took over a month for my milk to go away, but certainly less than three. (However, I'm certain it varies, I never had any problem with lack of enough b___stmilk, I seemed to overproduce for at least the first 4.5 months, so I thought maybe that's why it took so long. )

I have the exact same question actually, I have been searching the internet for days now trying to find someone who knew before I wnt to the doc with the question. I stopped feeding my 15 mo old at 12 mos, I was dried up then a few days ago it started again??? I wondered if I am pregnant again which is a possibility but I want to rule out other possibilities first? Any one know why the milk supply would come back?
