Breastfeeding is wonderful no matter how old you are. It's got great health benefits for you and for your baby. Talk to your ob/gyn. Also make sure you do research and talk to people who can help you with this. It's really tough in the beginning.

It can be hard work, but is far better for your baby if you can b___stfeed for any amount of time.

yes, definitely b___stfeed if you can.

Breasfeeding is great if you can, But you are young...If you haven't finished school, i would finish school. In the long run being able to provide for your child outweighs the benefits of b___stfeeding.

In response to the above, I agree that you are better to finish school so that you can provide for your child, rather than concentrating on BF'ing, but you may find that just like working mothers, you can BF morning and night, and more often on the weekends.

If you are 25 weeks- you should have your baby some time this summer right? So you will be able to b___st feed exclusively for at least a few weeks during your summer break. Once you head back to school you can continue to b___stfeed in the mornings and at night. They will be wonderful bonding oppertunities since you will have to spend the days away at school. When you nurse you can really reconnect after being away- all that aside from the obvious health benefits to you and your baby.
