Increase Hindmilk

Is there a way to increase hind milk? My dd feeds approximately 15-25 minutes on one side and about 5-10 minutes on the other side. However, she's frequently having green poop. Thx

Maybe you could keep her on the one side for longer rather than switching after the 15-25 minutes....?

She should be getting plenty of hindmilk. Maybe it's something in your diet? I've read that sometimes foods you eat (green veggies, for example) can color your milk which may color her poop. Check out kellymom.com - perhaps you can find an answer there.

If you feed her on one side for one feeding for the full amount of time, she will get the hind milk and last longer in between each feedings. I would go about 30 to 40min. if you can, at least 30mn. I did that with my 7w daughter and she lasts 3hours as opposed to her screaming to eat every 1.5 to 2 hours. She gets the hind milk about 20mn into the feeding.
