How can I stop my br___ts from hurting? I switched to formula because I couldn't handle the pain anymore. Baby is taking the formula good but I am suffering with hard full br___ts. Are there any solutions??

Are you wearing a sports bra - something binding? I have also heard that you can take some cold products that will help dry you up...???

Breastfeed. The pain of nursing goes away in about a couple of weeks. Coincidentally, that's about how long it'll take for your milk to dry up. So either way, you'll be dealing with the same pain for the same length of time - one will just cost more money than the other.

If you keep b___stfeeding, the pain WILL end...believe it or not..I thought I was going to die from the pain, but then one day I woke up & went to b___stfeed my baby...then realised there was no more pain! The pain is normal, the nipples will toughen within a week if you keep b___stfeeding.

I heard cold cabbage leafs help with the pain and engorgement. I've never tried it but heard it works wonders. good luck
