What is the best way to stop br___tfeeding and how long will it take? I am returning to work soon and there is no time to pump at work.

The way I found best was to cut out a feeding every week. Then, once I got down to morning feeding only, I began cutting down on the time he nursed. I then gave him milk to finish up. I did that for about 2 weeks, and then cut it completely. Now, he loves his whole milk.

I am trying to stop b___stfeeding/pumping, How do I get my b___st to making milk. I have been cutting down on how much I pump and the amount of time I pump for but, my b___st are in so much pain. It has been 4 weeks and I still have to pump, because my b___st get so full

try taking some kind of decongestant or something - i hear that dries up your milk pretty darn fast...
