10 Weeks Pregnant Have One Meal A Day Is It Harmful For Baby

Hello, I am 10 weeks pregnant, and have been quite stressed out and crying almost 2-3 hours everyday because of domestic problems. So I am having one small meal a day for past few days because of stress (even though I felt hungry). Now I am not feeling hungry at all, where as before I felt hungry all the time and ate a lot. I had a miscarriage from my first pregnancy. In that I stopped feeling hungry at the end of my first trimester. Is the baby alright and still alive? Should I worry and consult my OB/GYN asap? Thanks!

I hope all is well now (nearly 2 months later). It is important to be eating, even if you don't feel like eating and if you are having domestic problems, i hope you are able to seek help for you and your child. You should at least see your doctor if your domestic issues are keeping you from eating...you must think of your child, first and foremost...this is the beginning of putting your child's needs before your own. I pray you are okay and that your situation has resolved itself or that you found the help you needed. God bless.

I dont eat much either. I'm 11 weeks pregnant. Make sure ur taking ur prenatals. You know what helps? soups. I personally can eat soup all day long and feel good while eating them. I cant eat anything heavy or i feel like c___pola. Eat soups that have a lot of veggies in them.

I wouldnt recommend it. Have you tried that dieting plan that was posted on here a few months ago? I followed it through my pregnancy and didnt wind up with a stretch mark and lost the baby weight in 2 weeks.

It is very important that you must be happy and emotionally very healthy, which will keep your appet_te levels. You and your baby is the first priority.
