I am still in my first trimester, the nausea feels very frequently in the evenings and also the vomitting. but in the morning I feel better?

Try eating a low fat protien throughout the day. Nuts and beans seem to work well. I alway kept nuts in my purse and bean dip or hummus in the refrigerator. They work wonders. Hope it gives you som relief.
