What is the best way to stay fit during the pregnancy?

Exercise, skip on the sodas and bad food (sweets and fried food). Try to find healthier alteratives when you crave sweets (sugar free jello, a piece of fruit)

Right you are, skip sugared sodas, sweets, fried foods, but I wouldn't take anything either with Aspertine in it and other sugar subsitutes as we don't know what kind of effect it will have on the Fetus. Fruit, Fresh and dried is your best bet. Lately, I've been eating alot of Dates, yum, yum. I'm into my 14th week now, it's exciting. I have the feeling when I eat, that the Fetus/baby is telling me what it likes and dosn't like. Does that ever happen to you? For example, I used to find lemon EXTREEMLY sour. Now I find it sweet and tart. Let me know if any of you are having the same experinces. I check this website about every day.
